Clement, I also share the fears about "diworseification". I know others on this thread don't - I hope for all of us that the bulls are right. I guess it all comes down to what price tag you place on a brand, and whether or not DFX has the business acumen to execute a turnaround play on a product in a related industry, but with a remarkably different distribution channel and focus. In terms of the $16M cash, DFX had in excess of that in the bank already, so the good news is that this acquisition is being done with no debt and no equity dilution.
