Stormin' Norman....Your experience is a RARE ONE...There was an independent study done recently (about 1 1/2 months ago) that said AOL's subscribers are MORE SATISFIED NOW THAN ANY OTHER TIME IN THEIR HISTORY!!! I am an AOL subscriber and have not had your experience. Regards, George
