I spoke to investor relations at MEDI about 1 month ago and was told that it was incorrect that these insiders held no more shares. I too was concerned about the selling but the stock was at 70 at the time (pre-split).

I was also informed that all of the selling by any insiders can only be done at certain times. They have a small window as to when they can sell shares so thats why there was a cluster of sells by many of them.

That said, your best bet would be to call the company. They were pretty forthcoming with me and could most likely explain in more detail just how it works.
