Here's some more info on Boston mtg (4/30). I haven't heard anything about the NYC mtg. Assume they gave the same story.

I didn't see any mention of the 80mil contract with New Media. This seemed like a big deal for a co this size, and I was surprised when stock didn't pop on that news. Anyone have any thoughts?
Co. said they are planning to spin off Dynaco and Nexar as separate companyies. Decision in 2-3 months.
Spectrum facility (Epilaser) is moving from Natick, Ma to larger facility in Lexington Ma.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions I may be able to answer. I have a large percent of my portfolio in this, and would appreciate any info that might let me sleep better. There have been some nasty rumors spread on other boards, but to the best of my knowledge are false. If anyone knows otherwise, please let me know.
I'm particularly interested in Electronics Divisions. Can anyone tell me if they are truly competitive in these areas? Also, what about the New Media deal?
