Thanks Max....You must exceed the SEC in your knowledge of this topic because I don't see any action pending against IFLY or their management by the SEC.

On the other hand, have you looked into your new friends Puvic or whatever his name is and this Goldfinger moron's backgrounds ? Isn't it funny how part of the S-1 was finally posted...or how Puvic can't remember the question. You've got a lot to learn Max and in your naivitee you've insulted a few people who gave you their time and effort in good faith.
