<If you are a shareholder, but don't like to post any positive info on the stock that you own, and only like to knock the stock, one has to wonder>

I've already answered the question on whether I was a shareholder, maybe you should take a reading comprehension course when you sign up for the basic finance and accounting class. You just don't get it. Many people on the thread are long Ligand but all we hear from yea-sayers is hype that time and time again has not come true. I for one would like to hear both sides of the story without the attacks from the hypesters and stock touts. We have probably learned more about both sides of the Lgnd story today than in hundreds or maybe thousands of posts during 1998 because many so-called "nay-sayers" have responded to the hype. You were a contributor to the hype by stating and I'm doing this from memory not your direct quote "Ligands 4Q earnings should be looking good because of the Elan and warrant redemption deals".

Have you added to your position in LGND, during the bleak down days of 1998?

Yes, I added warrants during the bleak days of 1998. Niman has been asked this same type of question numerous times over the past two years but he conveniently just doesn't answer if he has been adding to his position or selling.
