Token info? I think it's a little more than that. They are going to have to file Form 10s, with audited financials...in other words, they are going to have to do something which is anathema to most of these bbs. They are going to have to tell the truth.

When these companies say they don't have the money to file, that is an out and out lie, plain and simple. There is only one reason companies don't file...they don't want to come clean.

And that's the kind of lying I wish the House and Senate would spend more time on, instead of worrying how much trim someone is getting.
