Edward, since this is the NAVR thread so I'll limit the discussion to NAVR. We can discuss MALL/UBID in their respective threads. Back to NAVR, yes I do think the IPO filing will occur within 30 days. As has been mentioned by others, what's holding it back is the selection of a CEO. NAVR management made it clear that the appointment of a CEO is prerequisite for the IPO. And they're getting very close to a final decision. I have accumulated a sizable position in the past few days, and will continue to add to it. Can't predict how high it'll go when the SEC filing is announced, but it's going higher. Regards, Tom
