I called the company today and was told that we do not need to send in a check for $75.00 or the form. The new shares will be sent to us or our agent. The warrants are One Class A, one class B, one class C and one class D. Class A $1.00 per share for one year Class B $2.00 per share for two years Class C $3.00 per share for three years Class D $4.00 per share for four years. PDTK will still be the stock symbol. If anyone can call the number 707 869 3855 and confirm the information that I was given, that would be a help. The person who answered did not sound as if they were used to shareholders calls and left to answer a call from the lawyers.
