Lots of banter going on on Yahoo about Q4 earnings supposedly being released on March 10, and why so late.

The 45 day requirement for quarterly earnings to be announced is extended for a year end for the obvious reasons. I believe the amount of time is 75 days but I may be off slightly.

Last year GMGC announced their earnings ( or lack thereof ) the first week of March to piggy back on top of the MFST deal.

Certainly this earnings report will be nothing to rave about. I believe the events which unfold prior to the report will be.

Another Carrier deal. Another Internet deal. Details of the Intuit deal. Details of the Qwest trial. A possible cash infusion from a strategic partner. Any of these events will cause great pleasure within our little magicland. A combination of these events could be breath taking.

Not hyping...just reminding. We still have the same lousy earnings and cash flow. But as the bright potential of the future gets closer, the reality of the past dims in significance.

Any thoughts?
