To All, for what its worth. Just ordered a new Dell late last night. Was told shipping date was for 1/11. I called early afternoon today and was told the computer shipped already. Can't ask for faster service then that..Althought I had to wait on the phone last night for over an hour to speak to a sales rep. He told me the last 2 days were the busiest they ever had!! I've owned Dell for over a year now and am very happy with the results. You just haven't heard from me because I have nothing to say about such a well managed Company.. Go Dell..Up Up and away as usual.. Fli-by
