<<Arch Crawford of Crawford Perspectives mentioned that there maybe Y2K problems associated with the date 01/09/99, could anyone comment on this ?>> I haven't heard of this one, but it sounds like another "nines" problem for applications based on Julian calendar dates, which would calculate 01/09/99 as 999 (i.e., the 9th day of 1999). If a programmer used 999 as an end of field designation, January 9, 1999, would cause an error. A similar problem is attributed to April 9, 1999 (the 99th day of 1999), for applications based on the Julian calendar.
