In the Dow news, its noted that MCI has awarded Norel a $200 mil contract for equipment. Does anyone know if this is CDMA infrastructure? If so Qualcomm would share in the manufacturing of the equipment through its licensing agreement with Nortel. In the same news item its noted that both Nortel and Lucent are going to start manufacturing their own handsets to get into that market.
