Thread,

I am currently trading 15 different accounts for family and friends. I use a laptop, a 56K modem, and a discount broker to make my trades. (Don't laugh!) When I decide to purchase a stock like XYLN it can take up to 15 minutes to place all of my transactions. I have ordered an ADSL connection from GTE which should speed up the process, but I need a better method for placing these trades. When the market is moving too fast I sometimes place a block trade with my discount broker over the phone in their master account and then divide shares into the smaller accounts. However, I am charged much higher fees and it's a pain in the ass to use.

Here is my question, is there anyone out there that has the capability to place block trades electronically in a master account and then spread those shares around to other accounts? If so, what system are you using?

Thanks,
- Sure Thing -
