Time to BUY WSTL...Look for Money to come in from a data integrator (ie: Fujitsu or LU) to the tune of $50 million as well as BEL DMT contract to be awarded...not to mention getting back some GTE since ORCTF isn't going to well unlike WSTL and BT which is going very well ...and some more DMT contracts (canadaian co.)...ALL is IMHO... and yes I am long WSTL for 2 yrs now and sucking major wind... read all about it...https://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=7065630
