Vinnie, I called PERF yesterday. I was told the Board is considering this offer as well as other options to "dramatically" increase shareholder value . Now does this mean PERF will open at 5.50 NO What this means is that PERF will open at the level that people expect this tender offer to go through. I believe that with the miniscule float of 4 million shares. That Perf is positioning itself (especially if they receive a tremendous response from this weekends superbowl ad campaign) for a tremendous run up in share price. lloyd
