John,

I would not call all of them dumb. Maybe contrary or those that want to be able to call the top by being short when the day does come that they do fall hard. Someone on this thread will be very lucky and will short AMZN at the very top, but in my opinion one would have just as good a chance at hitting the power ball jackpot! I look at trying to pick bottoms and tops in a stock kind of like a McDonalds's Big Mac. I would rather wait and miss out on most of the bread and get all that is in the middle of the sandwich. In other words I don't mind missing the bottom or a top as long as I get most of the middle part of a move and I will wait for the trend to change before stepping into a position such as what AMZN is in now!
