Kevin, of course you are right. But they won't hear it. And since normal rules of valuations don't apply to internuts, maybe pigs can fly. But all the talk in the world won't really matter. What does matter is what really happens to the stock price over the next couple days. Based on the statement that the prior fair value of the stock is in the $8-10 range, I assume it will settle in about $2-3, but who knows? Based on the valuation yesterday at $30 it could be as high as $7.50.
