Max90 and Auric

I requested criminal acts, not acts of incompetency and no way am I saying that the company is as pure as the driven snow (yellow maybe). Both you and Auric have stated that the company is involved in criminal (I believe that is the meaning of your and Auric's word "crim") violations. It is those acts I would like to investigate.

If the three members you are referring to violated federal law, please provide me with the evidence, and if the evidence can be supported, I will personally present the case to the US Attorney's Office.

Are these three individuals slimy, maybe! Should they be working for a travel/airlines business, I don't know! I do know it is not a violation of federal law, yet, to be slimy or work for travel/airline business. I did found the article about the CEO interesting, such civil litigation could have a play on the price of the stock because of monetary penalties, but again not criminal.

I invested in IFLY because I believed in the concept of a interactive web site and the companies ability to make money. I would invested in ABC Company if they had the interactive web site. I am not defending this stock, nor hyping this stock, it just angrier me to read postings like yours and Auric saying a company is involved in criminal activity for the sole purpose of shorting the stock and making money. If this company is trash, post your feeling and explain why, do not slander the company by saying it has violated federal "criminal" law, unless you have evidence to support it. italiana
