Charles Step back for a minute and take a deep breath! You are looking at this thing as the glass being half empty rather than half full. These shares and warrants were purchased by INSIDERS, that has to tell you something. You are not a stupid man, your messages get all jumbled up in meaning, at times, but you should be able to see exactly what is happening here. The funds will be used for the drilling, we know that something is there and investor interest is there. Check out the close Fri. Did you see the boardlot sizing on the buy side. If you didn't it was in excess of 100,000 shares buying@.16 and very little on the sell @.17 Do not worry about dilution at this point, base your decisions on who put the money up and for what reasons. (DRILLING) Mexico is the hot spot right now and for my 2 cents worth, I'm dam glad I picked up a few more the other day. regards Bob
