Bully: NASDQ ANOUNCES SEC APPROVAL OF OTC "BB" ELIGIBILITY RULE. Those companies that report there current financial info. to the SEC. are in fine shape, the others (N-P ENERGY & MEDINAH ENERGY INC) must file or be droped from the NASDAQ. system to Pink Sheet Trading. This accuract information must be reported starting from this date Jan 4, 1999 forward. By increments based upon the company's name over a 12 mo. period. NASDQ is to start the process at once. To me it looks like some of or all BB issues are about to change there business practices for good or kiss the OTC market good buy! What a great thing for us to see! I for one support there new rule 100% how about you? Regards, Jim... P.S. Anyone try to call that new IR person for MDIN Micheal, there is a great write up on MDIN and the telephone number to call in the write up if you saw it not knowing anything about this si site you would want to call IMO...
