Bill-- No offense taken. My info came at second hand from the company; who knows? Maybe they were trying to settle at the moment and thought it would come off. Arrrrgh. Two steps forward, two steps back. I'd guess, though, that if Dolgoff's patent claims had any merit the company'd have done whatever necessary to pay him off. At least that's what a normal company would do... If it's any comfort (and I don't see why it should be) I had a very positive dream about PJ last night... Janice
