Jon, it looks like your traceroute to Sydney, Australia and an Ozemail connection could be right on the mark.

Note from the below profile, and my previous posts relative to this gentleman, that we have four similarities: a) a Sydney connection; b) an Ozemail connection; and c) same spelling of the word "organisation"; and, d) cause for disgruntlement, having been told by Zulu-tek to leave the SIM office on Thursday, then Friday and then ultimately getting the boot on Monday.

It would appear, however, that the gentleman profiled below has performed good work, is published and would not stoop to anything so low as a fraudulent email to Disney. Therefore I reserve judgment and make no accusation.

Perhaps a probing prosecutor/investigator who has search powers greater than my own will finally tag the culprit imposter who perhaps jeopardized two Disney careers and stained the reputation of a Zulu executive, by sending that fraudulent email. You see, it is not only I searching in this matter.

But were I personally to discover who sent that fraudulent email, I'd encouarge and work for a final resolution in the matter by requesting the perpetrator publicly apologize on the Yahoo thread and also submit letters of apology to the individuals he/she afflicted in that harmful letter. If there is a confession, I would not seek criminal prosecution or any other retribution other than what is described above.

In any event, here is the profile of at least one disgruntled ex-SIMer who operated SIM offices in Sydney, Australia.
