That is really not a good deal. If you have to go to clear to 2.3 volts to get 450 out of a Celeron, then you don't have one of the better "overclockable" Celerons. Many 300a's will do 450 at the standard 2.0 volts right out of the box. The price is also pretty high. Right now 300a's are available in the low $70's boxed or oem's for a bit less. With a $98 Abit BH6 you have a killer combo for $173, an AWESOME deal. Those particular CPU's should really only be ran at the normal 300 mhz (66mhz bus) and not overclocked. Good Luck Dan
