You clarified absolutely nothing. I see no information in your post; you just present additional mystery. For example can you (anyone) answer these questions: 1) Were Andre and Pricilla's shares what you call "non-registered"? If so, why? 2) Were their shares what you call "restricted"? If so, why? Do they own more than 5%? 3) WHY DID THEY FEEL IT NECESSARY TO FILE A 144????? Why does everyone evade answering the questions? 246810
