In regards to the BWSI release from 1/4 the news
Seems like a bit of fluff. The Gov. of Israel offers these agreements as a means of saving some paperwork time during the bidding process. BWSI will still have to bid on any contracts and they willhave to be technologically compliant as well as price compliant. These types of agreements tend not be be things that one competes for, rather the Gov't seeks them out, the company fills out a form and waits for approval. Their release did not say that they had seen any revenue yet, only that it has a potential value of $4M. Wonder what is up at BWSI. Rumors are just that but, I hear things are not going well at BWSI. Be interesting to see how there earnings come in as they have traditionally been the main competitor in Spectrums niche.
Regards
