Hugh, there is not much of a Winter to speak around Lipangue! The climate is very mild there all year around with little cold/snow in the Winter. This area is sharp contrast to much of the other mining regions in Chile which are 3 miles up in the Andes were Winters are much harsher. The drilling contract has already been signed. The drilling has been payed for through a combination of stock and cash. The drilling will start shortly. If there is last minute delays-it probably would be a matter of a few days-certainly not months. MDIN is extremely anxious to begin drilling despite what some of the other posters imply!
