Does this sort of observation prove you are better than this poor soul, or less fatalistic, more stuffed full of humor?
I am curious why you post such observations and whether they gather you some sort of moral ascendancy?
I just finished a film that we - my greatest friend Joe and I - spent three years doing on amongst other things, the civil wars in the former Yugoslavia. The only documentation (pictures) of "ethnic cleansing", etc, and what is hapening in places like the former Yugoslavia.... makes me believe more and more upon what I would call the polity of manners....which is why I reply to your post Lawrence.
