CyberShop International, Inc. (NASDAQ:CYSP), a leading online
retailer, today announced the renewal of its agreement with America
Online, the worlds leading interactive service. Under the terms of
the agreement, CyberShop will continue to be an anchor tenant in the
Department Stores area of AOLs Shopping Channel, and will also have a
presence on AOL.COM and CompuServe. The agreement gives AOLs more
than 15 million members, CompuServe members and visitors to AOL.COM
direct access to CyberShop and its affiliated web sites. Additionally,
CyberShop will feature products on each of the departments front
screens to promote store offerings or specials.
AOLs 15 million members are a target audience for our marketing
and traffic generation strategies, said Jeff Tauber, CyberShop
Chairman and CEO. AOLs Shopping Channel has been a factor in the
success of CyberShop and we look forward to continued growth with
exposure on AOL.COM and CompuServe as well.
