Hi Richard, I was just looking at the technicals of LKST. Looks like a wise time to announce such an arrangement. The stock runs up significantly. Holders now are convinced to hold with added products and cash. I think it is a great strategy if announced into the markets when holders are most receptive. I also believe it is a great strategy in penitration of the next level of market cap. Look at LGND...sig pipeline of different size products. Constant news stream. Outside of market risk LGND has had stronger than average technicals for biotechs. I'd say this is an excellent strategy. Especially given the fact the acquired was a private with no negative market image ( baggage ) to adverse influence shareholder thinking. A good pipeline is only as good as it is managed of course. Again if I were interested in LKST before I would certainly be looking to buy on technical dips now. PS: Hi Mike, check out LXR for a stock with near term potential ( less than 6 months probably much sooner )... : ). What the anticipated returns from NTII is not enough Mike. BEST WISHES LONE WOLF
