That is correct. In January of this year, the holding company merged with the MDSI subsidiary, located in Kansas City. 53% of the stock of the merged company went to the haolding company shareholders; the rest went to the subsidiary shareholders. They MDSI management were installed as managers. The company reverse split the stock and listed the new shares on the Toronto exchange. One of these days it should be selling on the NASD.
