There was an exchange of shares and I think Claude put some cash in, paid off some debts and have done a lot of work to upgrade the mill, improve access to ore and more recently they have been drilling off a major new zone called the McVeigh. They are currently drawing ore from both zones from what I understand. The Austin Zone has produced almost 3 million ounces and there is reason to believe that the McVeigh is a twin sister.
