You want facts? Here's just a few.......(1) FINANCIALS ARE FILED. Along with thousands of other companies. This has no bearing on the growth, earnings or credibility of the company. As a matter of fact, the financials conflict with much of what has been reported here. How many companies do you two own that you have made 32% in the last three days? Most of us retail investors must consider the bid and the ask. So in fact EDII has gone up 10%. Anyone with money in High Tech doubled that. Thanks for thinking of us on the way up. I'll be sure to wave to you on the way down. jmt
