David, it is Brazil folding, they have called a moratorium on debt, that means all funds in Brazil are locked. The big center banks are going to be hit fiercely and the thesis of a recovery in Asia is going to be set upfront again. The Domino theory for Latin America is now going to be a guiding light, until Greenspan lower the rates again. He may get us to a point were rate cutting no longer work (as it has not in Japan for some time). Zeev
