It has been implied but not openly stated the positive news release next week is a west coast electronic retail chain will also sell PJTV's DHT and possibly announcing another. With current events as they are a delay would show me the patents on their DHT are not as secure as they stated. We need PJTV to issue a news release to state as fact their DHT's patents are not at issue. I can not accept "is expected by management to be outside the preview of the temporary receiver." This is not clear enough for me. What do you and other PJTV investors think?
