Dave, here are your answers... (as of 6/30/98) Shares Oustanding - 8.9 million Float - 1.4 million Convertibles - Will have to get back to you 1998 year-end financials should be reported sometime in February, but definintely before March 31, which is the SEC mandated period for listed companies. Although QTNT is on the bulletin board at this time, it is very important for credibility purposes to be an on-time reporting company, and you can expect that from this point on.
