I don't believe they are talking about Franklin Lake. There was a similar post on this thread over a year ago linking to a different site advertising (to the best of my memory) the same structure for a property and Mr Lett was associated with that as well. So I believe he has been making this offer for some time. I don't know if this is just an old link or if it is still being offered. At the time we were offered the explanation that Mr Lett has investigated numerous venture capital opportunities in new technology applications in the mining industry and this was just one of many irons he had in the fire. Personally when I first saw this back then it gave me a very bad feeling. One of my self criticisms when analyzing my investment in Naxos was that I didn't take this piece of information as a warning to be a bit more skeptical. Live and learn.
