I wouldn't go that far Fred.

Yes, Paul has it in for the company but he has raised some issues that should be considered by EVERY investor here.

1) Please read the article on the Techweb site about how Network Associates is getting hosed by the SEC for writting down in-process R&D when it made acquisitions. Essentially, even though it was an accepted business practice at the time (just last summer), the SEC is RETROACTIVELY applying its new interpretation to past year's books. TLC has tremedous exposure to this.

2) Lee, Bain and others practically control the Board and they are investment banking professionals. They probably sqeezed as much from the deal as any buyer would pay.
