The "Broke" was amusing. At least I have one more "0" to my name before I'm wiped out. I'm like a durn fly on this thread, floating in the Wassail, aren't I? BTW, draw a trendline over the tops of the peaks on AMAT's chart, going back to Oct. of '98. You can see how the price got ahead of itself yesterday, hitting that line. Basically, the stock moved in a few days to a level that should have taken months to reach. So there's going to be some retracement, even though the overall trend is up. Note, too, that CCI(13) (the commodity channel index) for AMAT is at nearly 300. That's beyond overbought. The question is: What will this volatile little stock move back to before going higher? I'm not questioning whether it'll go higher eventually.
