Barry- There have been a lot of open market purchases by one investor. See the Edgar report at: sec.gov I don't know all the SEC report numbers but it looks like there has also been some direct investment in the company by the same investors. Background of the company as I know it is they had many promising areas of research in the late 80's that didn't pan out. The company is only a shell of what it was then. All focused on one phase two product. I'll look for the product Try to add it to this post. Harvey It's called RPF4 techstocks.com
