MARGIN... The way I understand it, ACTV is now marginable under the "2 Point Rule". I don't have a full understanding of the rule but basically, the stock is marginable, however at reduced percentage of total equity. In other words, each share is less marginable than each share of a $5.00 stock. Perhaps someone could be more specific on this rule for clarification.
