S.W. Mall isn't a great comparison. There was always doubt about the ability to exercise or not. Its not the same ownership as DBCC. This is much more straight forward ... like CMGI(GCTY), TSQD & WCAP with DRIV & COOL imho. Stephen PS ... Looks like we could finish the day nicely positive !!
