GB, As reported, IXC agreed to cancel $18 million in debt for DCI in exchange for $16 million in DCI stock. DCI will take a $14 million charge in the fourth quarter on the deal. The above statement was part of the DJN press release of yesterday. This statement is incorrect in that it will be IXC taking the $14 million charge not DCI. Best Regards
