I just spoke with Barry Rothman at Isleuth. I asked him when they would be getting a NASDAQ listing. He said that was 2-3 months down the road. What he wants to do right now is get them to become a fully reporting company. Once that is done, then they would work on getting the listing. He said that today's news release is great, but to get on the radar screens, they need to become fully reporting. He said it is a process and they want to do it right. He was very high on the company. According to him there is absolutely no truth in the rumor of a buyout from Inktomi. Inktomi already has the technology so there would be no need to buy SLEU. What he foresees in the future is an ISP aligning themselves with SLEU. Mr. Rothman seemed to me to be very knowledgeable about the whole internet industry and I feel that the company is certainly heading in the right direction. Are you going to get rich overnight with this stock? Probably not, but down the road I feel that this a great investment. I own a few hundred shares and will hold. C.J.
