Check this out, TPARY, undiscovered Internet Service Provider, very thin float, from SongWire:

7 January 99

IPO Central points out that Pacific Internet PCNTF - the leading Internet Service Provider ISP in Singapore, is scheduled to go public
this week. PCNTF,which is expected to rocketfrom its $13-15 may have been pushed back till next week but just in case Songwire
thought it would be prudent to dig up other foreign ISPs trading publicly in the US.

Among them Australian OZEMY Ozemail, Globix GBIX, which is expanding by opening an office in London and speculative penny
play Xin Net XNET in China.

But one small cap with sterling partner connections including Compaq, MCI/Worldcom and German electronics giant Seimans may be
the one to watch.

Telepartner A/S, TPARY is a Scandinavian company that seems to have its eyes focused clearly on the internet. TPARY has partnered
with MCI/Worldcom to offer a broad range of telephony, Internet and related services in Denmark, Norway and Sweden in close
cooperation with MCI WorldCom and its Internet subsidiary UUnet. The new agreement gives TPARY subsidiary Primaerdata A/S the
opportunity to offer the Norwegian business community access to one of the largest Internet backbones with more than 1,000
locations worldwide, which was not previously available to Norwegian business. biz.yahoo.com

And at a time when internet shopping companies of all stripe are gripping the market's attention TPARY's ITCOM subsidiary has
quietly opened an internet mall 909.dk and a European search engine Webguiden webguiden.dk in
conjunction with and co-branded by Compaq CPQ -

"-Telepartner A/S (Nasdaq:TPARY -, one of the first independent Scandinavian telecommunications companies, Tuesday announced
that its recently acquired, wholly owned subsidiary ITCOM, has launched an Internet Shopping Service, www.909shop.dk in
conjunction with Compaq computer Birkerod Denmark ''Compaq.''
''In terms of traffic, we are consistently one of the top 5 sites in Denmark with over 1 million page impressions per week on our
www.909.dk service,'' said Jesper
Toft, COO of ITCOM. ''The launch of '909shop' is the first of a planned series of enhancements to our service with the goal of
becoming a major e-commerce
shopping site for the Danish customer. The '909shop' will be marketed strongly in the current quarter in Denmark, and in the rest of
Scandinavia in the coming year.''
biz.yahoo.com Songwire notes the site is co-branded with CPQ.

Further TPARY recently struck a deal with Siemans Danish PC distributor to include its ISP software on PCs sold in Denmark-

"Telepartner A/S (Nasdaq ADR:TPARY), a Scandinavian independent telecom company, and
Schneider Danmark A/S, sole distributor of Germany's Siemens AG PC computer products in Denmark, have entered into an exclusive
agreement that calls for
Telepartner's Internet access software to be pre-loaded on all new PCs to be sold in Denmark, according to Aldo Petersen, Telepartner
chief executive officer, and
Schneider Danmark CEO Kim Jensen" biz.yahoo.com.

TPARY trading 2s- look for this company to be discovered as attention turns to foreign ISPS-worth watching
