Happy New Year!! Has anyone heard anything yet about end of 1998 court decisions? I had heard that Judge Smith scheduled glenfed arguments in Nov or Dec 98, and was expected to make a decision in the case by year end. Does anyone have a list of the over 100 s&ls that filed suits and their ticker symbols? Thanks, Richard
