New rules for OTC BB companies!!! Soon they will have to report financials. MLRE got lucky and just got in under the wire..mmmmm. Under the new rules anyone that starts trading Jan 4th 1999 or later has to report to be quoted. Already trading companies will have to come into compliance on an alphebetical basis..... Well MLRE has half the alphebet then time to tell.......... Caus I would like to know (here's the questions part)

1. How much was paid for millionaire mag. and were the funds used part of the 504 financing?? If it was more than $1,000,000, where did the additional funds come fror were shares used?

2. Who is doing the 4.5 mil financing at $2.50/share??

3. What are the terms of the 7.2 mill deal for New Orleans auction house? What were the shares that were given valued at??

4. Has Fortune marketing used the 50,000 shares for collateral? Or are they being held in certificate form?
