IMAL is worth a look

I only became aware of IMAL a couple of days ago when it hit the big gainer list. I haven't bought any yet, but I have been doing a lot of reading to see what I can find out about it. It appears there aren't many out there that know very many facts about this company and what is going on with it. I have been wading through the SEC form 10QSB that was just filed that has to do with the equity interest that First Data Corp (a NYSE co.) has taken in this company. This is a very long form but worth the reading to get a feel for this new relationship. Yes, I too, have checked out the websites and have been very impressed with the content. For a little extra insight you might go to firstdata.com./imall.html and you will see that First Data is talking about their new relationship with Imall. A few people have not been impressed with the AT&T announcement. Heres my reason to think this is an important announcement:1. Stuff.com products will be featured on AT&T's "Today Online" area on their home page 2. ATT members will be offered discounts and will have their own club ie. "The Club at Stuff.com" 3. ATT and Imall announced a comarketing campaign to publicize benefits to ATT customers 4. ATT has 1.3 million net users and wants to grow!!! Don't underestimate the value of discounts that are given as "rewards" for using other services. Ask a frequent flyer user if they favor merchants that give miles! I do! There are a lot of commitments from First Data Corp and from Imal in their agreement that tend to make me believe there is a lot of potential in this company. Read about First Data at firstdata.com if you don't know who they are. Anyway, a lot of rambling but I am seriously looking and would like to hear from more serious posters and let the hypsters and "hopesters" go away. Maybe if enough interest we could form an IMall club?
