There are many more aspects to running a company that being good technical people. Financing is a huge part of any company. The reasons that mining companys, large and small are based in financial centers rather than mining centers is our way of paying homage to the financiers.

To better serve your shareholders, you own them an obligation to, among other things, provide for an orderly, efficient, and fair market. This may be possible on the OTC, but the general concensus is that the ASE, VSE or TSE are better bets.

The VSE takes its share of flak, some of it deserved, for market inefficiencies, manipulation, etc. I think that for the most part it is a very good market, and is far better for venture capital than most other markets anywhere in the world.

The question of where FORM shareholders would best be served is up to Robin and the rest of his directors. I suspect something will happen in the next 12 months or so.
