David, I am not really sure about that. The hu1124 story has been know for sometime. If anything we are seeing normal profit taking and perhaps hesitation to buy as the implications of the news are thought thru.

I honestly don't know if I should be that happy about the news. It seems like an early warning that hu1124 will go back in house at Geneteck. Is this good or bad for XOMA? I would rather have it stay with XOMA as cost were funded by GNE, Xoma earned milestone payments but if it goes back XOMA will be able to focus more on BPI. I am also afraid that since XOMA needs cash it will, if and when hu1124 becomes a product, take a cash payment rather than a share of the profits.

But since one does not know what the profit sharing would entail nor the size of any final payment one is left not knowing how good this good news really is. It obviously was good news but I did not feel compelled to buy more because of it, rather I felt perplexed.
